Got a tube of the chalk for Christmas. Had a full night of using it tonight. The shape takes a little to get used to in your hand just dosen't feel normal, not bad, just not normal. I put it in my pocket chalker and the roundness is much less noticable by touch.

Application is smooth, covers very well and even. A tad bit more grainy than Masters, and not as Cakey as Kamuii. Last's very well in between applications I found myself chalking every 3rd shot or so, not because I had to but more out of habit. Looking at the tip usually didn't need it.

Grip on the cueball seems to be very good, didn't experience any miscues all evening.

Got the Predator Tip "Soft" as well will give a review once I have it applied.

Mine arrived by post yesterday. Played a few matches with it and didn't get a single miscue. Seems to fit nicely in a standard (square) magnetic chalk holder, and stays on the tip at least as well as any other chalk I've used.

Quite like the novelty of the octagonal shape, and since I use a Predator shaft it's kind of fun to have the matching chalk. :)

I'll see how it holds up at the tournament tomorrow...

1080 Chalk

I bought a tube and handed all 5 pieces out. 3 got great reviews and 2 pieces were so hard you couldn't use it, it would not transfer to the tip. We tryed scuffing the top layer off with a utility knife to no avail. It seems like they have to much binder in them. The other 3 pieces work very well, comparable to Blue Diamond. Brian.
