I seriously doubt anyone is questioning your motives or integrity but regardless of reasons why your spots weren't paid, you have to understand it's not fair to the other spots who did follow the guidelines.
"I would gladly pay Tuesday for a hamburger today."
Truthfully, I'm all for it hitting any of your numbers again.. but then at least you played by the rules and others can't feel cheated. I've just started doing the raffles in the last month or so and everyone running them has been prompt and fair with pricing. GRD does a great job!
