Hey MnShooter,
I owned a BK2. Makes a huge difference in your 8/9ball game (IMO). Had a friend (one of the best players in my area) use it while he was having trouble with his break in a big set with a roadie. He swore it was the best break he's ever used. So have countless others who've used it.
It's George - I read up on it, they advertize the BK2 as being re-designed from it's predicesor. From butt to shaft. In the distribution of weight, design, etc. I don't know how valid those claims are - and they do look almost exactly alike - but I do know that I have used 2 BK2's, and 3 BK1s.. I even did an experiment one night with a BK1, and a BK2, and a BK2 with a Talsman tip. The BK2s broke ALOT more solid. and the BK2 with origional tip broke just slightly better (IMO) than with the other tip.
That's just my test though.
Sold the BK2, however. Got offered $500 for it - cash. I'll be buying a new one. For sure!
