Just figured I would share my story.....I know people complain a lot but here is something on the contrary...
So I got a kamui clear and put it on my predator shaft that I built to match my cue that I built. I bought the shaft from atlas in November of 2011.
After I cleaned and played with the new tip for a while I noticed that on one side the shaft made a different noise, after looking closely I noticed about a 6 inch crack running down the length of the shaft. You can actually see it in the picture below....
When I made the shaft I tried putting the decal on but when I went to slide it on it ripped in half so I scrapped it and just finished the blank without it.
However I later learned that if it does not have the decal it is not covered under warranty. And predator confirmed this with me.
So predator says to send the shaft to them and they will see what they can do and the "may" be able to overlook the fact that there is no decal if everything else meets warranty requirements.
Got my email today saying they will replace it free of charge(however the blanks are back ordered until at least June maybe longer) so they are replacing it with a standard black collar....
So I'm glad to hear there is still good customer service out there and companies are willing to take care of their consumers.
So if anyone asks about predator shafts they have my support!
