Predator customer service

Pretty good? I’ve sent in my old 314-2’s multiple times for warranty repairs and never had an issue. I technically never registered one of my shafts even though they were purchased either through billiardwarehouse.com or seyberts.com and they always accepted it. I don’t think they ever even asked for proof?

Oddly enough the recent shafts and cues I’ve purchased have not needed repairs yet (fingers crossed) so I can’t speak of recent interactions, but I don’t see why they wouldn’t be just as good. Pred stands behind their product.

I had good luck with a couple minor issues, Predator treated me right.

Had tips pop off twice. First was on a fairly new Revo shaft, reported the issue and they sent a shipping label and turned the repair around same day they received it. All told I think it took only a week before I had my shaft back and never had an issue with it again.

Then I had a tip pop off a BK Rush but this one I had had for a good while, more than 6 months probably. Tip being a wear item they said it was out of warranty but after some discussion they agreed to repair it for me as a good will gesture and again, turned it around super fast and never had an issue with it again.

So in both cases they treated me well and took care of my issues and the second one was questionable if it should even have been covered.

lol didn't know that. i hated her tournaments so much.
She has no clue how her own company's products work. I've asked her questions about shafts and it was brutally clear by her answers just how little she knows. She actually tried telling me that small diameter shafts put too much spin the ball and no good player would use them. WTF?? Also asked some deflection questions and she was clueless there too. When i called her on it she got REAL pissy. This is who runs their CS department.

They make you pay out of pocket to ship your stuff to them so they can inspect it before they decide if they will cover it or not. That’s some of the worst customer service I’ve ever come across.

Amen. A Customer purchased 2 LE Road Lines, tuxedo look. After a few months both of them had their finish start to lift. I sent both of them back and they decided they were abused, wasn't a scratch on either. I went Scortched Earth on a person I was talking to on the phone and informed them that both cues pictures would be on AZ and anywhere else I could post them.......they refinished both of them. It shouldn't have come to that. Brian.

With the amount of tip silencers that fall off revos, they should be just swapping them out, getting the old ones back, and selling them and certified “recharged” for like 10% off retail.
They would make a killing instead of putting everyone thru hoops to get their stuff fixed.

I have had two warranty claims in the years(probably 20+) I have played with Predator equipment.

One was a Quiet Roller with finish lift. I contacted Predator, they were aware of the situation & took care of the re-finish.

The next was the all too familiar tip / V-tek pad issue. The claim was initially denied by Kim Newsome. I stuck with them & finally talked to someone other than her that took care of me.

It's all about perseverance & who you talk to & how with Predator.
