What is the alternative to a cracked predator ferrule, break cue. What can be done in-house rather than sending to predator. We heated the ferrule with leather while on the lathe and ferrule came right off. A portion of the inside of the ferrule remained inside the the hollow. They are awfly thin walled!

If you want it to hit like a Predator then use their service or one of their repair stations. If you don't want it to hit like a Predator then use your own method. Your third option would be to try an obtain a Predator ferrule but I don't think you'll have any luck.
