Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Travel: 1-2 Tradeshows
Reports to: International & North America Sales Managers
Direct Reports: None

General Summary:

Predator Group is a global company that supplies high-end, performance-oriented pool cues and accessories to the billiards marketplace. Innovation is at the forefront of the Predator Group's strategy, resulting in a growing and dynamic environment. Although Predator sells its products to wholesale customers worldwide, the company focuses primarily on its North American distributors and dealers, which represent the majority of the company's sales. Most selling takes place over the phone, but sales representatives and marketing personnel also participate in trade shows and, as necessary, travel to dealer/distributor locations to make face to face calls.

More than any other position in the company, the Sales Representatives own the "Predator Experience." The Inbound Sales Representatives have the greatest impact on the goal of the company to come across as the expert in quality and performance billiard products, as well as in delivering a superior experience. Moreover, it is the Sales responsibility to ensure that products and services remain best in class and affect the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. Inbound Sales therefore works closely with customers, International and North America Sales Managers, and Customer Relations to enhance the ?Predator Experience? and make sure that customers are excited about the company's products.

Specific Responsibilities:

The Inbound Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in the achievement of commercial objectives by:
1. Working with all company personnel to ensure every customer or prospect enjoys his/her experience with Predator, i.e., to guarantee a great "Predator Experience."
2. Assisting International and North America Account Managers with key account sales and follow-ups in a team effort to maximize sales.
3. Working with other sales and customer service team members to ensure that all incoming calls or email questions are answered promptly and in a satisfactory manner.
4. Answering and monitoring incoming calls and emails to ensure prompt responses.
5. Entering sales orders in the system and managing the open orders that are already in the system, including scheduling the shipments and communicating with customers when shipments are ready to go out. Working to ensure that lead-times are kept to a minimum and that shipments go out on-time, as promised to customers.
6. Processing new dealer applications by qualifying prospects and opening new accounts that meet Predator group's requirements.
7. Monitoring that dealers meet their yearly minimum volumes and following up with them to ensure mutual long-term success.

Minimum Background Requirements:
- Education: 4-year degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Technical Experience: 1-2 years selling experience.
- Functional Experience: Appreciation for the game of pool is a plus.
- Computer Experience: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- General skills and abilities:
1) Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
2) Ability to build meaningful business relationships, facilitate team interaction, and/or function as an individual contributor.
3) Team player with the drive to contribute to the team effort to deliver the company's promise of a superior experience.
4) Strong organizational skills & Multitasking ability
5) Good critical thinking
6) Self starter and motivator
