Like Mdavis228 said, back in the day before there was even a Predator Air Jump cue, a few custom cue builder offered jump cues that made use of a 314 shaft. Nowadays I would imagine them using a Fat, anyhow... This was just for the Predator fanboys who wanted a complete set.
I do have to say that I believe, in contradictory to Mdavis228, that with with a new ferrule and tip installed on those 314's, they would have still jumped great. I'm saying this because I see many people being able to jump with the BK2 break cue which in essence has a 314 technology shaft but with a different ferrule and tip.
If you still want to buy a Predator Air, I can only say that opinions vary on the product from excellent to damn worst jump cue. This is because of the light weight and alot depends on what technique you're using.
The Poison jump cues.... Yeah, I saw some players use it on the Mosconi cup too. I own one myself. I can say it performs like the average jump cue. The Poison company belongs to the Predator group. So in a way, since they quit producing the Air, the Poison jump is the only way to go "all predator".
I hope this helps
