Predator Pure chalk

once again, I own a couple pieces of V10 chalk, so I am willing to spend the money, no problem. My point is whether or not the consumer is being right fully charged for these chalks or not. To me, Predator 1080, or even Master, works just as well except for the frequency you have to chalk. And when players have the habit of chalking every turn or shot, well you do the math. In the meantime, I use my V10 at home on my table, and my predator or master at the pool hall cuz they don't really care one way or another.
people pay $5 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks every day That they could get for $2 at a gas station and even less at home. The consumer dictates price. If people are paying for it it’s the right price.

Is there a reason that you test the chalk using only bottom spin instead of sidespin? Just curious. It'd be nice to see how well the chalk persists on both sidespin and draw shots.
I felt like bottom spin I could be more consistent with the hit because you are really digging into the cue ball full when using a draw stroke. Using side spin, you are only hitting part of the cue ball to the side. I felt this was more difficult to be consistent with my power if that makes sense.

My first foray into expensive chalk was Pyro, lasted 12 months and I bought a piece of V10 which I am currently using. I believe I prefer the Pyro. I seem to lay green little turds on my pool coaches blue 860 when I am having a lesson that get me the stink eye from him. Since I am nearly certain I could not tell which chalk was on the stick if someone else chalked it properly behind my back and handed it to me, my goal with the expensive chalk was to not look like a smurf after 4 hours of practice. I doubt I will test the predator myself but I would listen to some of our A / A+ BCA guys who use TAOM, and have tables at home, if they said they liked it better and consider it even cleaner. I have no idea what goes into the manufacturing of chalk so I am not sure the profit margin after R&D, facilities, labor, distribution, etc. I do not care either. I care about performance and quality. If what you make has proven performance and quality, verified by someone I trust, I will pay for it.
