predator shaft question

hey guys i just bought a uniloc original 314 shaft and it feels a little thicker than im used to. my old 314 shaft was thin around 12mm. can someone tell me will predator take the shaft down or any idea who may be able to do it. i just dont want the shaft to be thinner than the ferrule. i want it to look uniform.

Not sure where you are located in PA compared to me but I would highly recommend Proficient Billiards. Scot Sherbine does incredible work and can do that with ease. Shipping should be cheap for you since he's in PA as well. He does ALL of my work as well as built me a cue. Search around and you will find many more good reviews.
