I just installed one of the Predator tips.
Tip cuts and shapes real nice.
As for how it plays I will see I can hit some balls later with it.

Show some pics of the final install.....is the tip as orange as they look in the pictures?

Well hit some ball with this tip.
It is a med tip on an OB Classic Pro.
Moves the ball good. holds chalk well.
The med tip was a little harder than I thought it would be.
All in all the tip played well.
Will it play better with time.

I installed a S on a OB classic, 314-2, and a standard maple shaft with a LBM ferrule. After over a month it has mushroomed very little and plays better IMO. I prefer it on the standard maple shaft

I have installed 8 of the Predator tips and everyone has been happy with them, A couple of them were soft the rest medium.

They install real nice, they cut real smooth with a nice ribbon not flaky. They burnish with more of a yellow look than orange, they are not even close to the orange color of a Moori.

I have not played with one but judging by installing they are very high quality and the layers are nice and clean. I would be more excited about them if they offered a price break for cue builders.
