Predator Victory Tips? Hardness?

Getting a Lucasi Hybrid LH-10 cue and I want to replace its original everest tip and try a Predator Victory.
So I have 2 questions:
1) Predator Victory in general, for those who have tried it.
2) Its hardness. How hard is Medium and how hard is Hard? Compared to Kamui Black Medium and Hard if possible.

They play soft. I tried the Soft, it was way too soft. I've seen others say that the Medium played softer than normal. I definitely wouldn't get anything less than a Medium.
