I'm curious as to what all people prefer when they are either looking for a cue or designing a cue. I thought a thread about preferences would be kinda neat so people could see what the most popular tips, ferrules, joints, pin, woods, and wraps are. Please fill out the "survey" below and repost. I'll do my best to keep a running total on the top of Page 1 for everyone.

Prefered:
Tip - Tiger Medium
Ferrule - Ivorine
Joint - Phenolic
Pin - Radial
Woods - Ebony, Amboyna Burl, Holly, Cocobola, Curly Maple
Wrap - Wrapless
 
Tip - talisman soft
Ferrule - Aegis, Ivory
Joint - SS
Pin - 5/16 x 14
Woods - Ebony
Wrap - Linen ONLY!!
 
tip-moori but want to try tiger
ferrule-old yellow micarta
joint- wood to wood big pin
wrapless
woods-really like cocobolo, galcano alves, rosewoods... like the way they play... love the way ebony looks but really haven't found i like the way it plays...

Tip - Everest
Tip radius - dime
Ferrule - Ivor-X
Joint - steel
Pin - don't care as long as it's tight
Woods - maple shaft. don't care about the rest
Wrap - linen or none
Weight - 19oz + or -
 
Tip - moori med
Ferrule - aegis
Joint - phenolic
Pin - Radial
Woods - like them all
Wrap - linen or wrapless
 
Morri Soft, MED
Linen based ferrules such as MAMOTH
Joint, Stainless If its a Joss, any other cue, Radial Pin, or Uni lock
I like wrapless as well as cues with Irish linen, not crazy about leather wraps but I do like the look of some stack leather..
Purple Heart, Blood Wood, Tiger Maple, Ebony, Pink Ivory, Snake wood, Cocobolo.
