Present day cue flippers.

I have bought and sold many cues over the years. I was never into buying cues just in order to try and resell them for a profit. I have always bought cues in order to see how they play. When I in turn sell a cue if I lose a little money on the sale I just chalk it up to the cost of having been able to play with that certain cue for a period of time.

In today's market it is so hard to sell and just be able to lose only a little bit of money. Now a days most all buyers are really looking to steal cues from the seller. Really kind of depressing when you come to think about it.

WELL if the 'flippers' are making money they should thank the APA! They may be the reason there is currently any interest in pool and pool cues. I know that their system does not work for everyone (me included), BUT they have generated more interest in pool than every other league combined... That translates to interest in pool, money for pool halls, and work for cuemakers...

that's what i do now, i've lost money on every single cue that i've owned....
there should be a rental service.............now who'll rent me a 20K+ black boar!:thumbup:

I'm sure someone will rent you a $20K black boar. Of course the rental fee is $20K!
