Pretty sure I got ripped off on a Ebay "Meucci"

If it were a Scruggs or something I would be concerned about its authenticity...but a Meucci,... I would shift my concern to playability and how much I liked it, less concern for brand. Just my .02

I like Meucci and despite the massive amount of hate they get I have a lot of love for the brand. That is why I care. Go ahead mock me like so many others have. That's fine. I don't want or need a custom cue. Meucci's suit me just fine. I might get a Joss one day if I'm feeling froggy.

Here is a video of how warped the shaft is poolguy4u. :speechless:

I paid 123 plus 10 shipping for this piece of junk. Somebody want to offer me more than that I'll take it. Otherwise it's going back.

Looks like more than just a warped shaft! Looks like you got shafted.

Cue

Why not make the best out of the deal? Considering the description was not exact, why not ask for some of the money back and have a shaft made for the cue. I think the shaft would have a lot to do with the hit and on meucci sneaky. I know of a cue maker that has some 150 or so year old reclaimed maple that would hit real nice on that sneaky.
I'm sure the seller will work with you if your dealing with eBay. They dont want the cue back, they want money.. That's why the person sold it.
If the price was not pocket breaking, ask for 20-50% of your money back depending on that you forked over for the cue. Seller may offer a lesser refund but you got to start somewhere' if there's no comfort in a compromise then get a refund and continue searching for your next cue.
P.s I have seen guys get warped shafts pretty darn straight or close enough to be playable.
Contact > nucues if you desire to go the route of a new shaft.

Best of luck
