it is the right way to play to get maximum advantage on every shot. unfortunately if shouldn't be allowed. except tolerated on hill hill like this. but if he plays like that all the way then he should be banned if he cant adjust to normal play.

and dont worry if he has that chose, he will play faster rather than not at all.
if not what is the loss then, one guy that holds up a whole tournament.?
