Is there a general rule for how much is taken from the prize fund for running a tournament? There were some rumblings after a tourney yesterday about how much was taken out of the prize fund for running/holding the tournament. I know the person running the tournament gets a cut. The place holding the tournament may get a cut. Just figured if I knew the general rule I could let players know so there wouldn't be any hard feelings. I didn't have an issue because we didn't know what was fair. We won the first match in the finals from the losers side. So we split 1st and 2nd for $250 a team.

840-600=240 taken out of the prize fund
