I've seen the DVD for volume one. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I would imagine volume 2 would be worthwhile also. Lots of drills to enchance shotmaking and position play.
I have both volumes, and I think Vol. 2 is the better of the two. The drills are a little more complex, and there are many more that are specifically geared toward improving your patterns.
