Problem playing Mika v Ismael - "You do not meet the requirements to play this file"

If anyone can help, trying to play the file but that message comes up:-

"You do not meet the requirements to play this file".

Any solutions? Rob?

I noticed if you download the file, and don't start playing it quickly it expires. You have to use it within like 60 seconds or so.

Also make sure your not behind a firewall at work or anything.
