problem with Instroke case with glue residue on cue shaft?

I am on my second Instroke 3x7 Premier black case and yesterday when I took my break cue shaft and butt out there was some kind of bluish glue residue on the shaft that was very stubborn to come off with a magic eraser or a paper towel (both with or without water). Came off fine when I got back home and took some 600 sandpaper to it.

Anyone experience something like this before? I have not until yesterday...

I would contact them and ask what kind of glue they use in their cases, I would be surprised though if there would be wet glue in the case by the time you got it from them, just a thought......
