Problem with my leather wrap

Was it originally a different color and you dyed it, and that color is coming off? Or is it a pre dyed one and it is now coming off?
 
Apply Clear Neutral liquid shoe polish to create a barrier. Do this as often as needed. If that does not do it there is a product called Saddle Lac that should do the job.
