Problems ordering "Mike Sigel" cues, anyone else??

I have some problems ordering Mike Sigel cues, i was wondering if anyone else has the same problem?? :confused:

At the BCA Show in Las Vegas in 2003 i bought a Custom Mike Sigel Cue from his booth and ordered a few production cues as well.
We agreed that they would ship them to me before September 15!!
But nothing came? :(
I send him a few e-mails but.... no reply!! :mad:
Then in May 2004 they send me an e-mail that my shipment was ready to go and they needed my adres for shipping???

I thougth well they are still alive and ordered some extra cues and cases as well.
But a month later nothing!! :(
Again made a phonecall where they told me that it is heading towards me, and send a few e-mails!!
Today it is July 16 and i never heared from them again!!

I don't know what i am doing wrong!
I just want to order some cues!!

Anyone else having this same problem?

I myself have inquired about ordering a custom Sigel Cue via email several times and no response! I talked with Mike at Derby City and informed about the communication problems. He told me that his wife handles all email and phone inquiries. After talking with him a little, he seemed not to really care much about the problem. I ended up buying one of his cues off ebay and I will tell you his custom cues play really solid. I would suggest searching ebay for better prices then Mike would give you, unless you are going to retail them to consumers. Good Luck
 
it was tough

I won one of his cues on Fantasy9Ball. It took many many calls & a long time to get the prize cue. The cue I ended up with wasn't the one pictured or even on his website. Heavy, no taper---it plays like a log washed up on shore.
Even though it was free, the effort I had to put out just to get it made it not worthwhile. Their custom cues are probably fabulous but if my prize cue is representative of his production line they're not worth the trouble.

I think Mike does not want our or mine money.
It is a shame, treading youre customers like that.
