Problems with PoolActionTV account

I want to buy the Buffalo's stream.

When I attempted to login to my account, it didn't work. It has been awhile since I have purchased anything, so I tried a variety of passwords. None worked. I asked for a link to get sent to my e-mail account, so I could change my password. No link came. I clicked on the "Help Desk" button, and nothing happened.

Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how I can contact someone to sort out my account issue, since the help desk button doesn't do anything?

you probably did this but did you check spam to see if the email went to your spam?
