Has anyone else had this problem or know how I can fix it?

I registered for the stream from Doha and had no problem logging in and watching the first two nights.

Then on the third night I saw that I was actually logged in under a different user name, and after logging out and trying to log back in under my correct user name I just keep getting the page redirected many times, and then a "Can't connect because of too many redirects" error message.

I've tried resetting my password a number of times with no luck.

I tried to se up account but then it said "account disabled"! grrrrrr, tried different name, different password even my wife's email, nothing would work after 2 days of trying....grrrrrrr. sent them and email and explained the problem and have not gotten a reply for 4 days, so, I have given up. missed the whole damn thing because of a glitch.:angry:...but maybe I shud not complain, even the irs has glitches. ;)

Thanks for the replies. My account wasn't through g mail. It was very strange logging on and seeing another person's nickname instead of mine--I'm not sure how that happened, or whether or not it had anything to do with the subsequent problems I had logging on.

Anyway, if anyone else has this problem, I opened up a different browser, then signed up again using a different e-mail account, and it worked fine.

I had some problems and then noticed that they recommend using Chrome and not Internet Explorer. Opened Chrome and my issues went away

Next time try going to;

Tools --> Internet Options --> Content Tab --> Clear SSL State

I hope this helps.

You may have some malware. Go to malwarebytes.org and download the free scanner. Remove everything it finds. If you can't get it to install your infected. They also have Chemelon.sp? That will bypass to install and run.
Also do a manual update of windows update.

While the last two posts are sound advice, the OP will have problems getting to the World 9-Ball Stream since the tournament has ended 4 days ago.
