Proficient Billiards Cue Repair?

That is strange. We only use ULINE boxes 5X5 or 6X6. Bubble wrap and paper towels. Filling around the cue might be newspaper or brown paper. And most times we try to reuse the customers tube or box inside our new box for double protection if possible. I am not sure why that would have happened but I do apologize.

Thank you for posting. I have 100% confidence in you.. your work.

None better for a refinish no matter who you hire and how much more you pay. I've had several cues refinished by Proficient and their work has always been flawless.

Had a cue refinished with new wrap, new wrap on another cue and cleaning , ding removal and new tips on others. Excellent work, fast turnaround!

I know it's redundant, but I'm going to jump on the bandwagon. Scot and his crew are as legit as it can get. They answer phone calls and emails promptly and will answer any questions you might have. And their quality of work and turnaround times are as good or better than anyone out there. Beyond having a tip replaced locally, they're the only place I'd recommend for cue work because they're the only ones I've ever needed to use. When you find someone who does what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it, stick with them.
When I sent my Dishaw in THEY called ME to double check just what I wanted. There was a big chunk of finish out of the DanBuilt logo and they could not save it. I said no problem.
