I the past we referred to those individuals that fail to participate merely as “non-participants”. This is a general category and needs to be refined somewhat. As an aid to distinguish between these sub groups I propose a rating system, the “Panty Waste Index” or PWI

HIGHEST PWI

PWI 3 = fails to participate due to personality deficiencies i.e. insecurity, excessive ego, feelings of superiority.

PWI 2 = fails to participate due to preventable adult onset medical condition i.e. cranial rectosis.

PWI 1 = fails to participate due to congenital medical condition i.e. invertribrateitis that can be effectively treated with advanced medical treatment such as a spine transplant.

LOWEST PWI

PWI 4 = fails to participate due to indifference, sloth, apathy, poor sportsmanship, or general laziness. This often augmented by poor hygine causing a general reluctance to get down over a shot due to the smell.
