Pros who use Predator Cues

Neither does Saez. I see him about the same and he hits with a Gilbert player and j/b. I'll take a second look, but I'm pretty damn sure the shaft isn't a predator.
I think your right, don't think Saez plays with one, We bolth could be wrong.

true it would be worth to find out the difference between playing and breaking cue use..... but I dont think it makes a difference what cue the shaft goes on....you dont play pool with the inlays...

I had a 314 for quite some time, with the 5/16 X 18 joint, and used it on five different butts. Anybody who believes the butts don't make a difference hasn't tested them the way I have. Believe me, the butt makes a big difference. For instance, using it on a Meucci versus another butt with a stainless steel joint versus a sneaky pete butt makes for a very different feel, as well as playing characteristics.

I agree that the butt makes a huge difference in how the cue feels. Last week, I bought a 314-2 after having tried out five different Predator demo cues. All five Predator demo cues sucked, however, putting a new 314-2 shaft on my Joss cue feels and plays great!
