Purple lint falling from ob-1 shaft?

Hi I just received ob cues sneaky pete and I noticed some purple foam lint falling from the joint area of the shaft. Are those normal production process leftovers or should I be worried about that? Did anyone noticed something similiar with ib shafts?

The OB1 & OB2 shafts are filled with a foam. I just e-mailed them with a different question & got a reply the next day. Try sales@obcues.
