This is one of my old house cue conversions I finished a few weeks ago. I have hit a few racks with it as did one of my league team members, but it is in like new condtion still. Plays nice and stiff.

29 inch butt, 30 inch shaft, 13mm,
hercules medium hard layered tip, 19.6 ounces,
old style Mali push in bumper,
white and black juma Hoppe style rings.
Black phenolic joint, purpleheart/maple dash rings. 3/8x10 pin.

Rolls straight together and apart. It does have a small dent just below the points on the forearm. Does not affect play at all. It was there when I acquired the blank. I clearcoated over it. Can't see it in the pics though. I can take some close up pics if needed. My good buddy 63KCode says it gives the cue character. Sold.

I put this on ebay last week. High bidder did not pay , so it is still for sale. Price drop to $200.

interested

Hi, I am interested. I'm looking for a nice stiff player. Looks like nice work.

Tell me about the taper please.

What's the diameter at the joint and butt cap?

What's the ferrule material?

Is the weight adjustable? If no weight bolt, I might ask you to drill out a little weight from the butt's end.

Does the shaft come from the same house cue or a different source of wood?

What kind of wood is the butt?

Please share any other info you might have about the house cue you started with.

Pics of the dent would be nice.

thanks

Fatz
