As the title says, I am putting together a drill routine comprised (as of current) about 40 different shots. The shots range from rails shots, draw, small position, long position and so forth. I was wondering if I should group all the like categories together or break them up evenly?
Anotherwards, shoud I shoot 4 small position drills all back to back you would you do a small postion drill, then draw and then.....so forth. Each drill will consist of 10 shots. A points system will be in place and noted and graphed to see what kind of progress is being made.
I was going to break them up so it's no so redundant, but got to thinking if they were all grouped together, it might stick better. What do you think?
The total excercise will be performed 2-3 hours a day about 5 days a week.
