Men:
Champion: Earl Strickland
Runner-up: Jeff Carter
3rd: Kim Davenport, Nick Varner

Women:
Champion: Robin Bell
Runner-up: Loree Jon Jones
3rd: Mary Kenniston, Ewa Mataya

All the above are Americans.

Does anyone know who were the other quarterfinalists of the 1990 WPC? I googled and got the above list of semifinalists but couldn't find any information about the quarterfinalists. And who was the highest-place finisher that did not come from the US in the same year?

I am genuinely interested in the history of 9-ball pool. Hope my questions will be solved here. Thanks everyone! :smile:

If i remember correctly in the quarter-finals were Mizerak, Archer, Lebron and Storm.

But don t call me to be 100 % on that

I really don't have an answer to your question, but i got a question myself about your post

the finals of WPA world pool 9ball was Earl Strickland vs Jeff Carter? do you think this watch is available somewhere, was it recorded? I really love watching Earl of the 90s, so I really do want to watch that match up. Jeff Carter was strong back then too! wtb
