Que tip repair (2023) in Los Angeles?

I have a shaft with an ivory ferule that needs a new tip, and am looking for some recommendations for someone who can safely put tips on custom cues?

If the ferule is left unscathed after installation of the new tip, then I would even travel out of county. I'm near Dodger Stadium.
