I have purchased this from Freddy and it was a great book. He even wrote my name there and it was a very nice gesture. Thank you. I will highly recommand it to anyone.

I have a question about a few diagrams when he said the ball will slightly curve away(p.88,89,90). Is that applicable only on certain tables? I do not seem to get the effect when I practise. What am I missing here?

Thank you.

I just had knee surgery and have to go back in 3 wks for the finishing procedure so I will not be able to spend much time on the forums. But I will answer this.
If you notice, the diagram says the curve is exaggerated for clarity. It actually only turns over slightly at the END of the roll; when the object ball is just about out of steam. You can view the effect more easily if you use a striped ball and watch which way the stripe turns at the very end of its roll. The effect is probably more pronounced on a cloth that has been broken in.

I would like to wish you a speedy recovery. Thank you for taking your time to answer my question so promptly.

I would love to have a book of your action stories, I think a lot of people will love that. Have you written or are you in the process of writing such a book?

Hey Beard how long before the DVD is released. I am a visual learner and can't find the patience for books sometimes. And everyone says your book is the S#*T

My copy of Banking with the Beard arrived today from Amazon. I haven't had a chance to get on a table with it yet, but it looks very comprehensive. Thanks, Freddy!

It is Smokin' Hot. I have only practiced with it a few days and love it a ton. I start giggling like a little kid when a three rail bank goes in the side because I MEANT for it too. :D
