Question about Pierce cue needing shaft

I recently acquired a Pierce cue without a shaft. Getting a Pierce BA shaft for it seems unlikely, so my question is what other shafts fit his cues well? OB? Predator? Katana? I have an old Joss laying around and its shaft fit pretty well so that's also an option I suspect.

Thanks for any info.

I have a Pierce butt paired with a Jacoby Hybrid shaft. Deadly combo and
the Jacoby Hybrid is so under-rated imho.

What do you mean "fit well"? Just about any shaft can be gotten with almost any ping, especially if a Joss shaft fits. Then all you need to do is buy a shaft to fit a Joss which is easy to find, and you are set.

Or do you mean "matches well with the wood and construction so it feels good"? That last one is really up to you when you try them.

I usually plug 2 shafts, for a medium LD with good feel, Players HXT, for better LD with good feel, Mike Webb's LD shaft. Both you can get to fit a Joss/Pierce.

I recently started to play with Mike Dechaine's OB1+ shaft with a Kamui soft on it, and I won the last two weekly tournaments I play in undefeated, with only two game (not sets, game) losses last week the whole night, so I may start to put in a word for the OB1 shaft LOL I had a 30" OB1+ that was a spare of my son's but the 29" I like better.

The Joss shaft doesn't match up exactly at the joint, you can feel the overhang of the butt as it's a tiny bit bigger than the Joss ring. Just wanted to make sure about what shafts fit close to a Pierce since I have zero data to go on. I did look at the OB1, I think I prefer that to a predator shaft.
