Question about shafts???

Hello all. I have a quick question about shafts. If a shaft has a significant wobble to it, but the ferrule stays on the table at all times does this effect playability in the cue?? Basically do warped shafts, or "Taper rolls" effect playability??

It the tip doesn't leave the table it shouldnt effect your shot at all.

Thanks guys. I am pretty superstitious. lol. But this is what i needed to hear. I have a scruggs that plays lights out, but both shafts have a good wobble to them. Ferrule stays on table at all times together and apart.
