Question about the APA

from a guy that has been away from pool for aWHILE. Did the APA pick up where the old Busch Pool left off? Are the handicap systems similar?

To the best of my knowledge, the old Busch league turned into the APA.
I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

yes, busch league is now apa, handicap system is similar, but imo players are raised up much quicker and easier now.
