Question for cue sellers

Rob you answered your own question ... Some people don't know and some don't think . Had they, there wouldn't be as much ridicule /advice on there cue sales.

Al,

As a seller I always post a price on my cues BUT... On many occasions, forum members would post examples of similar or dissimilar cues that sold for less. Or some self proclaimed "cue dealer" would post about "wholesale" or "dealer" prices , which I really get annoyed at:mad:
Some people try to knock down prices so that they can steal the cue at a bargain and sell it at their Home Pool room to some unsuspecting mark for full retail price!

As far the department store analogy, I accept the prices listed and do not bicker at the salespeople about what the prices SHOULD be or tell them that I could get a similar shirt at Old Navy for $20 less. That happens on this forum often.

That puts it in a different perspective. Still, nobody forces anyone to sell a cue to one of those people. Personally, when I don't see a price I assume it is out of my price range and I move on but that's just me.
