I'm a BIG BIG fan of Microsoft Excel. You don't have to go crazy with multiple pages or anything. Just type what you want in each box. If you need to find something like a customer, or material, or tip cost, just hold the Ctrl key and hit F for find. Type what you want to find and it will jump you right to it.
