Is it practical for Diamond to produce a less expensive 7' table?
The Smart table is great but much of the costly technology is not used.Some pool rooms and bars have taken the balls out of thier smart-tables and they rent the tables by the hour.This is because people can pay for one game and then walk off with the red circle CB or other balls.It seams to me that Daimond could make a more simple table with drop pockets or redesign the ball return.The dumbed down Diamond could be used for BCAPL regional and national tourneys and also in pool rooms that do not need the coin-op.
Idk maybe this table is allready out there?It seams to me this table would be available at a lower cost leading to more Diamond 7' tables being available for players to play on.
