Question for Schon cue experts

Found one that sold on ebay recently for $600. Based on the design and amount of ivory etc. in that cue I would assume it would have retailed for around $1000 - $1200 when originally made, I had one that was similar that retailed for $1100 around that same timeframe.

That's the one I saw on ebay, search for Schon SR7 under completed auctions, $600.
Now that I see some of the extra detail (diamonds in between the points, and extra detail on the bottom) probably would have been more in the $1300 - $1400 range back in the day. I had one very similar, not a standard model, with slightly less detail at the bottom and no diamonds in between the points and it retailed for $1100 around 1990 when I got it.
As for current value, I don't have access to the Blue Book (?) which I think has all of the current values, but just like other collectibles I think the value has gone down somewhat with the economic situation.
