How has the recent lasik surgery affected your game?

If anyone at the U.S. Open could ask Stevie that, I think it'd be really interesting to hear... How has it affected his confidence at the table, his shot visualization, etc.

I'm mostly interested because I have bad eyes and thought about getting lasik not only for pool but just quality of life in general.

I can't wait to see how he does. I also read on here he did some work with Stan Shuffet... I can't wait for the Pro One DVD... anytime now.. :grin:

stevie said so far so good, and as his results show it looks like he is ok.

I can't think of any pool players at the moment but FWIW, I know quite a few people outside of pool that had the surgery and they're glad they did. All agreed that they wished they had done it sooner.
 
I don't know about pool players, but in the last several years some of the top billiards players (Caudron, Jaspers, etc) have had lasik surgeries.
