I have a real strong player that I know and am thinking of backing him for this upcoming 9ball open. I haven't actually discussed this with him yet but Im sure he will play. I have backed players before in some smaller tournaments and there usually within driving distance. Usually we go 50/50
on the splits but Im wondering how you guys do it when your talking a couple hour drive, gas, food and hotel. Not to mention other action we will probably get into. My guess is expenses off the top and splitting the rest??? Any input is appreciated.
