Question on Sneaky Pete's

Are most sneaky pete style cues full splice? If not, anybody make a good full splice sneaky pete ... something similar to the old Titlists with or without veneers?

They are by definition full splice.

Check out the Lucasi L-2000 SP.
Really nice cue and can be had for less than $120.
