Question on who made this!

Guys and Gals,
I have had this cue for over 6 years and would like to know if anyone could tell me the maker.
It has no name anywhere on it and we just recently added the linen wrap.
Any ideas?The veneers are in order from outside to inside blue,red,black,maple. Odd it has a reverse pin as shown but very detailed and in awesome shape.

"Looks" like Burton Spain points. And Burton Spain did reverse the pin. But the bumper looks odd to me (Doc Frye?), but then again, I don't know what Spain used.

Edit: I checked some other cue photos I have, and the butt and bumper looks similar to some imports.

It kind of looks like a Robinson cue. He is one of the few makers that uses a pin-in-shaft joint. Although the pin shown in your pics does not quite match the pin he currently uses. I have also seen import cues use a similar joint. This could be a Taiwanese knock-off of an Adam design. Adam used the semi-round bumper as shown, but never a joint like this. Check with Robinson to see if they ever used a brass pin. If not, I'd have to say import. JMHO.

A couple observations. The veneers appear to have an offset seam, suggesting the maker having used the overlap method (not a bad thing though). The points are not even.

Since you installed a wrap recently, you would know what species of wood is under the wrap. Same as point wood & butt sleeve, or not (full spliced or half spliced)?

I vote import.
