Question: Out Of Curiosity...

As a pool player you consider playing a major national open tournament with an entry fee of $75. Would you prefer to:
A. Play on the best equipment in the world, with $5000 added?
B. Play with some of the worst equipment in the world with $100,000.00 added?

Personally I'd go with option B.

Personally, at my current level, my thought is that I stand a better chance (although probably not much better) to cash in tourmament B and have a better chance to play more matches, so I'd go with B

It depends on what you mean by "worst equipment in the world"

if the table rolls terrible, the cloth is all jacked up, the balls are junk, but the pockets play fair... then for sure I take this option.

However, regardless of the other conditions, if the pockets reject balls that are struck pure and true... no amount of money would make me want to play that event!!!
