I have Question: What is a fair price for a Hercek cue? I like to have on for playing with it. So it must not be a very fancy one. A four ebony point cue with ivory joint will be perfect for me. Maybe a Hoppe style cue.

If someone have a "simple" Hercek for sale, please PM me details and pics!

Thanks!

Stephan

If you can find any Hercek for under $3000, you'd be doing good. Best of luck in your search, I would try to play with one though before you shell out the cash.

Thanks to you guys!

I haven't seen the first Hercek from Cornerstone, thanks! I like it much, especially the wood and the veneers colors look great, but I have made the decision that only ebony (pointed) cues are going in my collection.

Play with one will be difficult, not that much here in Germany! But if I do not like how it play/hit: there is space in the collection.

Maybe I must sell my Mottey to buy a Hercek, but I think it will be worth this.

Hercek

I don't think you would be disappointed with the hit as he is not considered in the top 5 makers alive by making bad cues. But obviously it is more about the preference of the player and feel.

Even if the hit of a Hercek isn't for you it will certainly be a great cue to have in any collection and you'd get your money back without any effort.

Out of interest what is the Mottey you have?
