joss typically has a 5/16X14 piloted joint, althoughthere are some models in the 300 series done with flat face radial pins. predator, along with other shaft brands can be ordered with specific joint types so that they can be used with different cues, specify the correct type and your golden save any posible overlap that you may encounter between diameter difference between the butt and shaft joints.

You should probably make sure to see if it is piloted or not first. Most Joss are.

I use a 314 on my Joss (5/16x14 pin), and the diameters match up well, so the OP's probably will match fine.

they should, and even if they don't the differance is usually slight. i only mention it cause i had a level 2 joss from '98 that had a joint size of .865" and predators usually come in around .85" so there was a sligh overlap of the but to the shaft. just somethign to consider. if thats something that would really really bug you, as it does me, you'd be better off gettign a blank with no joint and having it profesionally matched.
