If you want my opinion, if you haven't already bought the table, pass on it and find something else. I installed 2-5 Legacy tables a day for a year and they are one of the worst tables you can buy. The construction and materials used are of poor quality and in my opinion Legacy makes one of the worst tables on the market. Not trying to burst your bubble just trying to warn you. If you are dead set on buying the table then read below on how to disassemble and transport the table.
Legacy tables come apart like any other table. You will need a socket set and a drill with a phillips head bit, also a thin flat head screw driver to pop the staples out. You will have 3 rail bolts under each rail that will need to be removed, then the staples or screws holding the pocket flaps on will need to be removed from underneath (be careful as Legacy uses a really cheap non leather pocket on some tables that will rip very easily) and the rails will lift off 3 rails at a time, end rail and 2 side rails. There will be 2 bolts/ screws attaching each pocket to the rails, remove those. Then remove the felt and there will be 4 screws holding each slate down. Remove those and you can lift each piece of slate off. Once the slate is off you can remove the legs. If you're moving it in a pickup, stack the slate on top of each other with nothing in between them, then close the tailgate and slide the frame in the bed resting on the tailgate down at an angle toward the cab. Butt it all the way up with the front of the bed and strap it down.
