Questions about Ronnie Alcano.

Identity revealed (unexpectedly)

From recent personal experience, I can tell you Ronnie knows how to say "EASY MONEY" as good as any English speaking person. He had plenty chances to say that to me the first couple of games of one pocket we played at the U.S. Open 9 Ball Championship (actually it was at Q Masters where we played). He is very friendly and understands English better than he speaks it but that is quite understandable.

If any of you talk to him soon, tell him he can hang out with JoeyA anytime and I will trade English speaking lessons for pool lessons. :)

JoeyA (going to Derby City Classic and wants to get a rematch from Ronnie Alcano and Jay Helfer). (I'm just a glutton for punishment.)

So that was you, Joey A. Now I know what you look like. ha, ha, ha, ha,.
I think you play decent one pocket compared to some other guys who claim to the nuts in one pocket.

By the way, how did your match with Jay turned out? I left before you guys finished playing; I was getting so sleepy and tired. I didn't stick around for the walden-Dony match either. Did they get to play or not? It looked like the younger dude wanted to weasel out of the match, but that was me looking at the big picture.

Am looking forward to see you in the Derby City Classic. Maybe you and I can play a little 9 ball or 10 ball action game. Something cheap only...

cuedoctor...Just so you know, wearing polish on your fingernails means nothing...other than you have great hygiene. I regularly have my hands manicured and nails polished because I do exhibitions, and people are always looking closely at my hands. I also wear a coat and tie when I perform too. I do it because it LOOKS good, not because of any other reason.

I know all about men having manicures....just haven't seen men with nails about 3/4 " or more hanging over the table when they bridge for a shot. My wife had really long nails when I meet here so I was getting alittle excited there for a second:p :D

Wait a minute. You know me but I don't know you? Who are you?

Don't tell me you are.... wait...... tell me how I would know you.
Thanks,
JoeyA

he knows english well, but is very shy

he speaks english well enough to communicate. he's very shy especially to americans, but is very open to other filipinos. he's also very modest, which makes him look even more bashful than he is...all in all he's a very very nice guy. fyi.
