What are the stipulations and guidelines for team shirts?

They have to match, and they have to have a collar (no T shirts or polo shirts). Long as they match and have a collar you are good to go.

Can we have the team name on the shirt, as well as the pool hall name, and town we're from?
Just making sure because I'm having some drifit polo's made up..

I'd suggest going directly to the BCAPL website. Under contacts you'll see Bill Stock. When it comes to rules, he's the man!!!!!!! If he tells you it's OK, you're golden. Keep a copy of his return e-mail though. Sometimes us old folks get hazy memories.

Although I agree with Cardiac Kid's suggestion of reaching out to the BCA for dress-code clarification, I'm pretty sure I saw team shirts with Name, Logo, Poolroom & Town on them in past years. I think they're only going to have problems with something that could be deemed offensive or inappropriate.

Played for many years for the Las Vegas Cue Club. These days, its fairly easy to spot anyone, on any of the Cue Club teams, at the BCAPL's. The colors change but the logos, etc don't. Look forward to meeting you this May.

If I do not have the answer to a question I will tell you so, then I will get a ruling from the BCAPL National Office and get back to you as soon as I can. If deemed necessary, the BCAPL will then add the ruling to the "Applied Rulings" section of The Official Rules of the BCA Pool League.
